Natalia Ramsden is a business psychologist and neuroscience-based executive coach specialising in cognitive performance, learning, and brain function. Her work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and leadership, combining insights from healthcare and human performance with a deep understanding of business. Natalia helps high-achieving individuals and organisations apply cutting-edge brain science to enhance clarity, adaptability, and sustained peak performance in the corporate world.

As the Founder and CEO of SOFOS Associates, Natalia has built a practice dedicated to understanding and optimising how the brain drives human potential. The name SOFOS, derived from the Greek word for “wise,” reflects both her heritage and her belief that true wisdom comes from understanding the brain itself.

Prior to founding SOFOS, she spent over a decade in people and talent consulting, specialising in leadership assessment, development, and succession at board level. Her experience spans FTSE 100 companies in the UK as well as international clients across EMEA and Asia-Pacific.


Natalia’s academic foundation reflects her multidisciplinary approach. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Newcastle (Australia), a Master’s in Organisational Psychology from the University of London, and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Recognised as a pioneer in the field of neuroenhancement, Natalia explores how emerging science can elevate human performance and redefine leadership. She regularly speaks at international events about boosting brain power and why she believes this represents the future of self-development and cognitive maximisation.

She is a member of the British Psychological Society, the International Society for Neurofeedback and Research, the British Neuroscience Association, and the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies. She is also part of the Young Presidents’ Organisation (YPO), where she has previously served on her chapter’s board.
